The arts in Rockingham County provide jobs for 23% of the employed population, showing the creative workforce is a strong contribution to our economic and social prosperity. We maintain a productive  economic contribution through our residents’ jobs in design, authoring, journalism and publishing, architecture, building and landscape, arts-related creative marketing and development, commerce and festivals celebrating the arts inviting tourists to find a vibrant local community.
